Iris Firstenberg

Iris Firstenberg is adjunct professor of psychology at UCLA, teaching in the Department of Psychology and the Anderson Graduate School of Management. She teaches techniques for creative problem solving and innovative thinking for a variety of corporate clients, including IBM, Sony Pictures, Times Mirror, Los Alamos National Laboratories, Raytheon, the Los Angeles Police Department and NASA, among others. Firstenberg is a recipient of the UCLA Faculty Distinguished Teaching Award.


Lynn Seth

Lynn Seth is a Corporate Trainer and Performance Coach with over 20 years of experience in the field of human performance. Lynn utilizes her experience as a former collegiate Division I athlete, skills as a corporate trainer, executive coach, and keynote speaker to help clients manage their energy for maximum return. Lynn educates and informs her audience through an energetic, personable and engaging style. A seasoned and dynamic trainer, Lynn has managed large training departments for companies such as Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and learning institutions such as The University of Arizona.


Stephen Sauer

Stephen Sauer is an assistant professor in the Organizational Studies department at Clarkson University’s School of Business. His research activities focus on issues of leadership, status and diversity in management teams, and entrepreneurial team processes. His teaching experience includes courses in Negotiations, Leadership, and Organizational Behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He also conducts a number of executive education workshops and seminars in negotiations and leadership effectiveness. Dr. Sauer graduated with a Ph.D. in Management and Organizational Behavior from Cornell University, where he also earned an M.B.A. and a Master’s in Business and Policy Administration.
