The Libraries' orientation session will include an introduction to essential people and places in the library, as well as Social Work resources and services on our website.

Meet at the Browsing Room, just inside the front entrance to Neilson Library, to the right. All entering SSW students must attend.

SSW 160 - Required Course-Related Instruction

Eight sessions are scheduled for students in SSW 160/161, Introduction to Social Welfare Policy. 

These required sessions will be held in the Neilson Electronic Classroom (level 1 north), covering specific resources needed for the major 160 assignment.

Advanced Research - Required for Master's Students

All Master's thesis students are required to attend. These small group sessions provide a hands-on opportunity to explore the databases you'll use for research.

The sessions will be held in the Neilson Electronic Classroom (level 1 north).
