The Office of the Registrar maintains the permanent academic records of all students. The office is responsible for course registration, classroom scheduling, transcripts, transfer credit, certification of enrollments, issuing diplomas and producing the schedule of classes.

You can use Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Internet Explorer to acccess the Portal. Because of minor browser differences, if you encounter problems using BannerWeb with a particular broswer, please try a different broswer, i.e. Fifefox or Internet Explorer.
Final Examinations - Fall 2014
Information concerning scheduled and self-scheduled exams is posted on our exams page. Self-scheduled examinations will be distributed during three periods on December 16, 17, 18, and during two periods on December 19; there will be no examination period on Friday evening. Students should check the schedule of exams carefully and report any conflicts to the registrar's office immediately. Examinations cannot be repeated and will be failed by default if missed through carelessness. Students should make their end of the semester travel plans accordingly as they will not be permitted to take examinations early.
Final Grades for the fall semester are due by January 8, 2015. Grades will be viewable on BannerWeb on or after January 12.
ATTENTION: Transcript Requests due by December 15
The Registrar's Office will be closed for Winter Break December 24 through January 4. In order to ensure processing before the winter break, we ask that all transcript requests be received by our office no later than Monday, December 15. If we do not receive your request by this time, we cannot guarantee that your request will be processed before we close on the 23rd.
Registration for Interterm and Spring 2015
Online registration for the Spring 2015 semester is CLOSED and will not reopen until the first day of spring classes. Interterm registration, however, will remain open on Bannerweb. The same registration code you received for spring registration can be used for interterm. The add/drop deadlines for interterm vary by course and are published on
our Interterm course registration page.
Non-Credit Interterm Registration
Information about non-credit interterm classes will be posted in mid-November and can be found on the non-credit Interterm page. Further questions about this program should be directed to Sue Briggs (x4903) in the Dean of the College's Office.
