graduate programs in sustainable landscape planning and design. At the information session you will meet the school’s director and humanities professor, as well as get to see the campus. It will be a great time to ask questions and see how the school operates. The program includes: • Conway’s whole systems approach to sustainable land use planning and design; • Profile of the year, starting with the fall orientation trip through graduation requirements; • Presentation of current student work, and a look at past residential, community and regional projects; • The application process and federal financial aid requirements; • An opportunity to speak informally with students, alums, faculty, and staff.

Co-op Power's 9th annual Sustainability Summit

Find out what activisits, thinkers, green professionals, and organizations are doing to promote justice and sustainability. Share ideas with like-minded people on topics from green business development and community finance to sustainable heating options and green energy. Figure out what resources are available going forward. The Summit will feature -Nine tracks of three workshops on themes that cover different aspects of sustainability. -Catered lunch. -An exhibitor area where attendees can connect with vendors, non-profits and activist groups. -"Transitioning to the New Economy", a facilitated session with keynote speaker, Halina Brown, of Clark University and the Sustainable Consumption Action and Research Initiative. 4-6:30 PM: Co-op Power's Annual Meeting and Potluck. Members will make decisions about cooperation and autonomy among our decentralized network of local organizing councils.
