Film Screening: The Lost Forests of New England
January 23, 2019
This film features the story of central New England's old-growth forests: what they once were, what happened to them since European settlers arrived, and what remains of them today. Following the film, there will be a panel of experts to answer questions about our remnant New England old-growth forests, and to discuss the need for forest expanses of large, old trees as a remedy for climate issues.
