CET 2009 SYMPOSIUM:

THE DIGITAL SCHOLAR

The Committee on Educational Technology (CET) and Educational Technology Services (ETS) invite you to a symposium on digital scholarship. Topics include electronic publishing and scholarship in any media, cartography and neo-geography, collaborative writing, enhancing the study abroad experience through technology and more.

Symposium events will take place over three days, from May 4th to May 6th, and are scheduled in three tracks: The New Cartographers, Researcher 2.0, and International Technologies. Each day, each track will offer multiple sessions that introduce various technologies and give you the opportunity to begin adapting them to your own teaching and scholarship.

Please feel free to register for any portion of the program that interests you. If you are one of the first 25 faculty members to register for three full-day sessions, you will receive a $200 stipend courtesy of the Dean for Academic Development.
