Add a Landline or Friend's Mobile Phone
A landline could be your office or home phone.
1. On the left side, click Add a new device.
2. Duo needs to confirm this is you trying to add or manage your devices. Choose an authentication device that you already have registered. Note: If your only device is not available to you, you'll need to contact the IT Service Center for help, call 413-585-4487.
3. After your Duo confirmation the screen will change to "What type of device are you adding"? Click Landline, then click the Continue button.
4. Enter your phone number, then check the checkbox to confirm this is the correct phone number. Click Continue.
5. You can use the Device Options button to give your phone a more descriptive name, or scroll down and Click Continue to login.
Congratulations! Your new device has been added. Select the phone number you wish to receive the Duo call on. Click the Call Me button.
Duo will call the phone number selected. Answer the phone, the automated call will instruct you to press any key on the phones keypad. This will complete your log in process.
