Where are you from?
Everett, Mass.
Did you always
know you wanted to come to Smith?
No. I knew I wanted to attend
a women's college and a teacher of mine recommended Smith
College. I originally had my heart set on going to Mount
Holyoke, but after visiting Smith and viewing the Clothesline
Project for the first time, I knew this was a better fit.

Who gets the most face
time with you?
My best friends.
When was the
last time you wore a dress?
Winter Weekend. It was the first
time since elementary school.
What are you
reading now?
Trash by Dorothy Allison.
Do you eat
fast food?
If it's the only option.
What do you miss most about
home?
Urban life with public transportation.
Also, my grandmother's cooking.
What is your favorite movie?
Good Will Hunting.
If you suddenly had two hours
of free time, what would you do?
I would take a nap.
What is your
favorite wall hanging in your room?
I have too many paintings I
love to pick only one.
Do you consider yourself an
urban, suburban or rural person?
Urban.
What annoys
the heck out of you?
Ignorance and apathy.
Who are your
role models?
Professor Jennifer Guglielmo.
I took her Women in the United States History from 1865 to
the Present my first semester and my life was never the same
after that. She is amazing.
My mother for being such a survivor.
What single piece of
advice would you give to President Christ?
To actually listen
to student concerns.
