Top IBM Executive to Discuss
Women and "E-Business" this Friday
NORTHAMPTON, Mass.-Cathy Lasser, CIO
and Director of Information Systems for the IBM Corporation,
will give a free, public lecture at Smith College at 4 p.m.,
Friday, March 1, in Seelye 106. Refreshments will be served.
Lasser's talk, "E-Business is She Business-A Transformation
Story," is part of the Executive Access lecture series,
an ongoing program in which top engineering professionals share
their work and insight with students and members of the community.
The series is sponsored by Smith's Picker Engineering Program
and a grant by the Ford Motor Company.
