Smith professors express themselves in many ways and places, especially through their scholarship-shaped and molded into publications that advance their academic fields and lectures that spark the imagination of their students.
Not to be overlooked, however, are the ways in which many professors decorate their office doors. This is expression of a different kind. And few passersby can resist the urge to stop for a moment and read the cartoons, the bumper stickers, posters and inspirational quotes giddily displayed on so many doors scattered across campus.
