Mount Holyoke College President Lynn Pasquerella (MHC ’80) opened the Institute by asking the audience to “imagine a world where every girl grows up to be a woman whose talents are respected and used.” A full lineup of speakers included Mona Sutphen (MHC ’89), Melanne Verveer; Radhika Coomaraswamy; Rangita de Silva de Alwis; Eva Paus; Sochua Mu; Marufa Akter; Bushra Hyder; Erin Ennis; and Farah Pandith.
