List all non standard or date dependent applications and/or programs, utilities, compilers, and other system software maintained on this computer (except those accessed from the central server or ITS Supported Software). Individual applications in Access, FoxPro, etc., should also be included, if they are in current use and will be needed past 12/31/99. Attach additional sheets as needed. The last column may be used to check off Year 2000 readiness in Step 2 (Evaluation).
