Interoception—your internal sense of your body—is shaped by the social environments where you live, work, and connect. This awareness profoundly impacts your thoughts, emotions, and actions. What if you could develop a sense of having enough time: how might your feelings and choices shift? What wellness practices could become accessible? And what cultural and institutional changes at Smith could you envision that would contribute to creating a better supported collective? Explore “time hacking” in this workshop, where first you’ll learn key factors within your control that shape your experience of time.

Facilitated by Benita Jackson, Professor of Psychology and Faculty Wellness Fellow.
