With the placement of a dredging boat and a vacuuming device into Paradise Pond on Thursday, June 12, the process began of removing built-up sediment from the bottom of the water body.

When the dredging, conducted by WeCare Organics, LLC, is completed, the pond bottom will have a minimum depth of five feet below the surface of the water.
