Jacqueline “Jackie” Wong is a digital professional with 24+ years at The Walt Disney Company, and has held various positions within Tech & Digital. Currently, Jackie is a Product Leader and leads a team to support the Adventures & Expeditions digital portfolio which includes Adventures by Disney and Nat Geo Expeditions, plus the Disney Institute website. The team is responsible for the complete consumer journey of discovery to booking, plus other digital support like lead generation, analytics, and SEO.
Jackie majored in government and was selected for the Picker Program in Washington, DC for her junior year. She served as a presidential intern for Mary Maples Dunn her senior year. After graduating from Smith in 1991, Jackie spent 2.5 years teaching English in Japan through a private company whose clients included Fortune 500 companies like NEC, Toyo Tires, and Mitsubishi. After her stint in Japan, she earned a master’s in political science from University of Hawaii at Manoa.
Jackie has been an active Smith volunteer, and has served on the board for the Orange County (CA) Smith Club from 2002-2009, holding various roles including Secretary and President. She was also President for the 20th Reunion for the Alumnae Class of 1991 in 2011, and was just selected again to be President for the milestone 35th Reunion which will be held in 2026.
Jackie has served on the booster boards for her daughters’ high school activities. She was a digital strategist for the Portola High School Aquatics Booster Club, creating and maintaining their website from 2017–22; and also Secretary for the Portola High School Cheer Booster Club from 2022–24.
In her spare time, Jackie is active in pilates and has a goal of hitting 450 classes by her oldest daughter’s graduation from college in May 2025. She also enjoys the outdoors by walking her dog with her husband in scenic locations around central Florida.
