Seats in Sweeney Concert Hall

Attend an Event

The SmithArts box office sells tickets for theatre and dance productions held in the Mendenhall Center for the Performing Arts, the Scott Dance Studio, and the Crew House Dance Studio.

Tickets may be purchased online, via email at boxoffice@smith.edu, or by calling 413-585-3220. 

You may also purchase tickets in person at our box office walk-up window, located upstairs in Mendenhall Center for the Performing Arts. The window is open during show weeks, 12:15 to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 45 minutes before scheduled curtain time on show nights.

Please indicate your specific seating needs when placing your ticket order and the box office can provide you with the best seating options for your needs.

All Music Department events are free and open to the public. No tickets or reservations required. 

Please note: Valley Classical Concert series events require tickets through the VCC website or by calling (413) 586-0458.

Sage Hall

Sweeney Concert Hall is accessible by the ramp in front of Sage.

Earle Concert Hall and the Music Department are accessible by the ramp and entrance on the side of Sage Hall, opposite the Mendenhall Courtyard. 

John M. Greene Hall has a wheelchair ramp on the right side entrance of the building (on the Campus Center side).

The Campus Center is wheelchair accessible by the Green Street entrance and via ramp on the Campus side entrance. There is an elevator in the lobby.

Parking: Green Street parking is metered until 8 p.m. Sundays and holidays are free.

The Belmont Avenue parking lot is open to the community after 5 p.m. This is the best option for wheelchairs and patrons with mobility issues.
