Updating Environment Variable Location
Update and Verify Bar. If you are still unable to get into Bar after following these steps contact IT Service Center.
- Click Start Button
- Right click on computer and select properties
- Under Advanced Tab click Environment Variables...
- Scroll down to System Variables "TNS_Names" or "TNS_ADMIN"
- Make sure the value is set to //ad.smith.edu/Files/admin/Netadmin if not make that change
- Click Ok, Apply, Ok to save the change and open Bar login
