Ready Bridge is Smith's audio-teleconferencing system. To request a Ready Bridge account, contact Mary Clayton (x2082, email@example.com).
Note that there is no charge for a conference bridge account; you are charged only for usage. All usage charges are billed to the organization number you provide when you establish your account. The total cost of a conference call is calculated as follows:
(Conference call rate $0.17) x (Duration of call in minutes) x (Number of connections)
