Get Fit Smith Classes

With fun and relaxation in mind, the athletic department's Get Fit Smith classes include yoga, Pilates, awesome abs, strength and conditioning training, personal training and aerobics. Classes are open to the Smith community on a drop-in, first-come basis.

Office of Student Engagement

The Office of Student Engagement is committed to helping students develop healthy habits. Each semester, the office offers stress-reduction programs and events to assist students in managing stress and strengthening their coping skills.

Center for Religious and Spiritual Life

From Buddhist meditation sessions to mindfulness programs and opportunities for "Soup, Salad and Soul," the Center for Religious and Spiritual Life offers a variety of programs designed to provide and a welcoming place for learning, conversation, friendship and community engagement.

Active Minds

Active Minds is a nonprofit organization that empowers students to speak openly about mental health in order to educate others and encourage help-seeking. It is a rapidly growing network of thousands of college students dedicated to create campuses where students feel encouraged to speak openly about mental health and seek help.

DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy) is an evidence based therapy that teaches participants that struggle with self harming behaviors, persistant suicidal thoughts and or past attempts and other risky behaviors such as substance abuse, high risk sex and eating disorders through mindfulness practices.
