Chief Human Resources Officer

The associate vice president for human resources is a strategic adviser and partner to the senior leadership of the college. While leading the development of workforce strategies encompassing all facets of the employee life cycle at Smith College, Anne-Marie helps to actively cultivate relationships with members of the college community at every level, ensuring that Smith is a workplace of choice.
