The Vice President for Human Resources is a strategic adviser and partner to the senior leadership of the college. While leading the development of workforce strategies encompassing all facets of the employee life cycle at Smith College, Anne-Marie helps to actively cultivate relationships with members of the college community at every level, ensuring that Smith is a workplace of choice. |
Human Resources Operations
The HR Operations team provides a wide range of administrative services throughout the employee life cycle, including functional oversight of all HR information systems, data, reporting and project implementation efforts.

Provides direction and expertise for HR administrative and transactional services. Lead the day-to-day data entry process, data auditing, and cyclical HR transaction with key stakeholders within HR and across the college. |
Hazel Fogarty |
Provides Workday technical systems support, including business process configuration, reporting development, end user training, and data management. |
Priscilla Hayes |
Serves as the primary resource for entering all employment data and works with Payroll to coordinate information and processing between the HR office and the Payroll office. |
Kimberly Counter |
Serves as the first point of contact of the office for all staff, faculty, visitors and other members of the College's community. Assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operation for the Human Resources office. |

Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition team works with hiring managers to attract the highest quality candidates to support the college’s mission and strategic plans. Including all phases of the recruitment life cycle such as sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiation of employment offers, coordination of on-boarding and pre-employment activities.
