The Vice President for Human Resources is a strategic adviser and partner to the senior leadership of the college. While leading the development of workforce strategies encompassing all facets of the employee life cycle at Smith College, Anne-Marie helps to actively cultivate relationships with members of the college community at every level, ensuring that Smith is a workplace of choice.

The HR Operations team provides a wide range of administrative services throughout the employee life cycle, including functional oversight of all HR information systems, data, reporting and project implementation efforts.
